| It turned out to be a great night. We were worried as it rained and poured at times most of the day. The sun peeked out a bit and the temps were in the 60's so it was perfect. All the dad's took the kids and my neighbor Katrina and sat on the front porch and handed out candy and chatted.. a fun night! |

| We had a lot of fun carving pumpkins last night... and to make it even sweeter, we got the pumpkins free from the grocery store up the road! Lauren was not a fan of the "pumpkin boogers" and kept saying "I am freaking out right now". Elise dug right in... go figure, I thought it would have been the other way around. We saved some seeds so we are going to roast them tonight! |

| The school puts on a fall festival where the kids can dress up and come and play games. They each got a punch card and went to each station to play a game and win a prize or candy. They also had a storytelling room that was wonderful. It was an elderly gentleman and they were scary but not too scary stories and I even found that I was enthralled in the stories... so much fun for the kids. |
